Keeping You Informed
One of the biggest complaints clients of financial services professionals make is lack of communication from the financial representative. The personal touch factor is a key to our deliverables.
We will have face to face meetings with clients three times per year. Each meeting is scheduled at least 1 year in advance with the agenda set at least 1 month prior to the meeting. This allows the team to confer and create an implementation strategy based on your current financial status.
I call at least every other week! I have found frequent calls to be extremely beneficial to the client. You may be thinking this is too much, however, after a few months of conversations you will find what every other client has found: the conversations are worth it! Much of the work I do is coaching and consulting. I work for you. It is in your best interest to be the best you can be in your field and in your business. I enjoy working with my clients to help ensure you are living the life you want to live.
Here’s another little tidbit: You are in business to live the life you want! Many people let the business run their life when in reality, business is there for you to live your life.
Frequently I will conduct events that bring value to you. Events include interesting and informative speakers with topics that make a difference in your life. I tend to stay away from technical meetings or things of which we have no control. I have yet to hear a client or spouse comment on how learning about the dollar or foreign markets made a difference in their life. If I am going to ask you to take time away from your family or children, it better be for something interesting and valuable! After all, I have three children whom I adore. Why would I take time from them unless it enhanced our lives in some positive manner?
