About Peter
God:
As a Christian, Peter believes life is to be modeled by the teachings of the Bible. Therefore he focuses on God first, then Family, then Business. After some very trying times in his life, he realized that God is in control and if he listens to Him, life will go well. So Peter attempts every day to be in relationship with Jesus Christ, Love his Family and run his business so to glorify God. For Peter came into this world with nothing and will leave it with nothing. Therefore everything is on loan from the One who created our world. Treat it well.
Family:
Like any father, Peter is thrilled to be a daddy and husband. His wife Erin is focused on being a stay at home mom for the three kids, Zoe, Anthony and Brenden. However, being the super mom/wife she is, Erin manages the daily activities in the Bili Blanket Rental business (see below).
Their focus as a family is to teach their children to follow God’s word, then be in relationship with Family, and run a Business by emulating a lifestyle that creates balance. Their focus on following God’s word is the foundation to keeping balance.
Always an Entrepreneur:
In college Peter started, owned and operated an auto and home window tinting business. In addition, he found his love for training by becoming a computer trainer for his brother’s training company. These two businesses helped finance Peter’s college.
After college Peter spent a year working for an event planning company. It did not take him long to realize that entrepreneurship was in his blood. Looking for the right fit, he realized he liked working with people and was comfortable with money issues. That lead him to begin a financial planning career as an agent with an insurance company, Minnesota Life, in 1992.
By 2000 Peter realized he needed to expand his offerings to his clientele, so he terminated with Minnesota Life and became a registered rep of LPL Financial. This move allowed him to offer fee based financial planning and wealth management to his clientele.
In 2009, Peter terminated with LPL Financial to operate a Registered Investment Advisory firm. This allows Peter to focus solely on fee based planning and create a firm that provides comprehensive and sophisticated planning for his clientele.
In 2011, looking for something his wife can operate, Peter discovered the need for treatment of jaundice in newborns. This lead to the establishment of Bili Blanket Rentals. They provide phototherapy machines for the treatment of jaundice in newborns.
Peter is adding clients to the Wealth Management and Investment Advisory business and expanding Bili Blanket Rentals. To accomplish this, Peter is selective on who is added as a client to the Wealth Management/Investment Advisory firm. The firm will only work with 75 clients who are a good fit, thus keeping Peter free to assist with the expansion of the phototherapy business.
Education:
Peter completed college in 1990 at California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelors of Science, concentrations in Finance and Insurance. By 1995 Peter completed his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College.
